Here's how I removed my glove box latch.  It should work
with a lockable or standard no-lock latch.

Here's what's holding your latch cylinder in!  I'm holding
an Allen wrench which is pointing to a spring loaded
tab.  The cylinder is already removed at this point,
but was easier to photograph.

The tab shown recessed into cylinder.

The tab is retained under this bezel that has been
peened on from the factory.  Basically, you will be
depressing the spring loaded tab to get it to pass
through the bezel.

Here's the window to access the spring tab.  You won't
be able to get at it from the front of the glove box, but
again, this made a better photo to show you where
it's at.
Please note:
The latch has to be in the closed
position to access the tab through the window.

You can access the window shown above from the
back of the glove box door shown here.  The window
is just opposite of the latch, on the hinge side of the
glove box door.

Again, another photo showing the latch removed, but
this shows me depressing the tab.  Once the tab is
held depressed, just slide the cylinder out of the latch
assembly clearing the bezel.  Use a paper clip or
something similar.  There is very little tension on the
spring loaded tab.

To reinstall, just depress the tab shown
above and slide back into the cylinder!
