Although the Dana 60 is from Strange
Engineering, I purchased it through Jerry Bickel Race
Cars. I bought it as an axle assembly under P/N P2035D
S/T. It featured a custom width, S/T 35 spline axles, 1/2" x 3" wheel studs, axle bearings, Trac-Loc, 4.56:1 gearset
and U-1600 pinion yoke. I wanted to use 15" x 14" Draglite wheels from Weld and Mickey Thompson 31"
x 18.5" Sportsman tires, so JBRC's spotted these in and took the measurements the the final width. The Dana
was shipped back to Strange Engineering for the housing tubes to be shortened (per JBRC measurements) and the housing ends to be welded on. The Dana was set up for Wilwood Pro Street disc brakes, an Art Morrison 4-link and Competition Engineering wheelie bars. Strange installed the housing
ends and gear set then shipped it back to JBRC. The wheelie bars will probably not be used, but I figured that I might
as well have JBRC's fab them in.
