The quarter panels were stretched a total
of 3"... 1.5" on either side of the axle centerline as seen in the photo above. The 3" section of
material in the middle is the original sheet metal. The repop quarters were cut in half and spliced on resulting in
what you see here.
Here is another view showing the scribe
marks. These quarter panels came from YearOne by-the-way. You can't see it in this image, but the LH fuel filler opening has been filled in since I'm using
a fuel cell in the trunk.
